Policies

• Minimum stay required (A two night stay is required on First Monday weekends.)
• Smoking is not allowed (We are pleased to offer a complete non-smoking environment.)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Accommodations are not suitable for children
• Deposit amount required (A deposit for the amount of the first night's stay is required at the time reservation is made by personal check. Balance is due upon arrival in cash or travelers checks only.)
• Closed: Christmas thru New Year
• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 12:00 noon
• Cancellations:
  No refunds on one night reservations or gift certificates.
  A refund minus a $20 booking fee per room will be made if cancellations are made at least fourteen days before date of reservation. No adjustments will be made after arrival. Cancellations with less than fourteen days notice are non-refundable. There are no refunds on gift certificates.
